About the show

Fact-based, focused, and worth your time

Middle East in Less Than 5 Minutes is a fact-based podcast hosted by Igal. Each episode takes a single topic from Jewish history, Zionism, antisemitism, media bias, or Israel's story and explains it clearly, without the noise and the spin you get everywhere else.

The show started with episodes literally under five minutes. Listeners said they were too condensed, so the name stayed and the episodes grew to cover each topic properly. Today most run about 15 to 20 minutes: long enough for real context, short enough to fit into a busy day.

From quick breakdowns to longer interludes, the goal is the same: cut through anti-Israel myths, media narratives, and the roots of today's conflicts, and give you the history that actually matters.
